JK Gear Pumps manufactures Double Helical Rotary Gear Pump solutions under the SHIVAY brand for demanding industrial liquid-transfer applications. The JKMS series is a heavy-duty, foot-mounted positive displacement rotary gear pump designed for reliable handling of a wide range of liquids, including viscous and high-temperature fluids.
The Double Helical Rotary Gear Pump features stainless-steel construction, refined SS 316 double helical gear shafts, and four-piece construction for easier cleaning and maintenance. The double helical gear design helps reduce axial and side thrust, supporting reliable pump performance and longer service life.

The stuffing box is fitted with GFO packing and provision is available for a mechanical shaft seal. Suction and delivery flange sizes are available from 1/2" to 6".
Depending on the selected model, these pumps can operate at pressures up to 10 kg/cm², with flow capacities from 13 LPM to 1335 LPM. The pumps are suitable for temperatures up to 200°C and viscosities up to 1,00,000 SSU.
